  • What are your care hours?
    7am - 6pm
  • Does Level Up provide meals & snacks or should we pack our own?
Level Up prides itself on providing well-rounded meals for our students. We serve breakfast (before 8am), lunch, and an afternoon snack! We also work with parents to modify meals to suit medical or cultural needs!
  • Do you offer part-time enrollment?
If you are interested in part-time enrollment, let us know and we will work with you to ensure availability. We strive to meet the needs of your child in any way possible!
  • Do you have accommodations for food allergies?
We work closely with parents to find solutions for our students with food allergies, whether that's modifying a menu item or allowing the student to bring a packed lunch. Communication is key to ensuring your child's food safety and nutrition!
  • Can I visit my child during the day?
Parents are welcome to make arrangements with the center director to visit or observe their student in the classroom environment!
  • How does Level Up communicate with me during the day about my child?
Communication is key! We utilize multiple tools to keep parents up-to-date on the goings-on at our schools! The primary method is through our partnership with Brightwheel!
  • What security measures are in place to protect my child?
Our daycare centers are equipped with check-in desks to ensure those entering the building have a reason to do so. We also have cameras throughout the facility to monitor activity inside and outside at all times. In the case of a weather emergency, our staff has been trained for multiple weather scenarios. Our priority is to make sure that your children are safe and comfortable during these events. We monitor the weather from as many sources as possible to be sure we know the latest. If you ever have the desire to pick up your children during an emergency event, you are always welcome to do so!
  • Does Level Up provide baby items, such as formula, diapers, and wipes?
Due to each child's unique needs and sensitivities, parents are responsible for providing milk (formula or breastmilk) for bottles, as well as wipes and diapers.
  • Do you help with potty training?
Potty training is a major milestone of early childhood development. It is rarely a one-size fits all journey! Our staff at Level Up works closely with parents to ensure we're providing a consistent potty training experience for the student. We believe that by having a constant flow of communication, the change can achieve this milestone quicker and with less chance of regression!
